
Your object is to guess the mystery person of the role holder by asking one question per turn and eliminating any faces that don’t fit the mystery role’s department and job requirements. Guess the mystery role of the role holder before your other role guessers do.
The role holder will receive a randomly selected role displayed at the top of page with a link that allows you to see the duties of your selected role or you can see the duties listed below the image of your role.
You click the images arranged in the table below your role of possible roles of the role holder player to eliminate them. You will see the image of role change and by clicking again you reverse this.
Any of the role guessing Players may go first. On your turn, you may either ask a question, or guess who the mystery role is. But don’t use your turn to guess the mystery role until you’re ready. If your guess is wrong, you’ll lose that round of the game! Rules for asking questions and guessing the mystery role are explained below. The role holder only is required to answer yes or no questions during game play.
Until you’re ready to guess who the mystery role is, ask the role holder one question per turn, You may choose to use your question directly identifying the mystery role after your yes or no question. Each question must have either a “yes” or “no” answer. For example, you may ask: “Do you belong to the financial department?” Your opponent must then answer either “yes” or “no.”. You can view that role duties by clicking the link below the image of the role or hovering over the link to view.
After the role holder answers, you may be able to eliminate one or more of the roles. For example, If you ask if their role belongs to the marketing department is answered with yes then you click all the roles that do not belong to the marketing department. You can access the role requirements and ask specific questions about the role.
When you’re ready to guess who the mystery role is, make your guess on your turn, instead of asking a question or directly after your yes or no question.
To guess the mystery role, say (for example), “The mystery role CEO.” Your opponent must then tell you whether or not your guess is correct. If your guess is right, you win the game! If it’s wrong, you lose.
There will be 2 teams with 1 host to guide them through the quiz.
Each team will have 30 seconds to discuss and together determine the role and responsibility the scenario fits to.
The correct answer will be revealed after each round with further information on the role. The teams will have another 30 seconds to reflect.
There will be a multiple choice of 4 options.
The entire team must agree on the answer before selecting
The winner of the quiz is the team to finish first with most correct answers
You may ask for 1 clue each round from your host
